FAQ:

Q: Where and when is the trash?

A: Trash on Tuesday and Friday (brown bin near garage)

Q: What is the WiFi Password?

A: SSID: casita, password: cloudviewcasita

Q: How do I watch TV?

A: look for the dish anywhere app on TV startup.

Q: Can I receive US mail?

A: No you can get a PO box locally for mail forwarding, we will receive packages from delivery services (Amazon, UPS etc)

Q: What do I do if propane tank is empty?

A: We will provide propane tank refills $15 (please do not refill yourself). All tanks will be full on your arrival.

Q: Can I park a trailer?

A: Yes, we will assign a parking area for trailers on arrival.

Q: Can I wash my car?

A: Yes, we can provide a long hose and buckets as necessary.

Q: Is there a table for outside dinning?

A: Yes, we can provide a table and cushion outdoor chairs on request.

Q: Do you provide supplies?

A: No, we will provide minimal supplies to get you started. Tenant will be responsible to acquire disposable items IE garbage bags, toilet paper, napkins, dish-soap etc.

Q: Can I use the pool?

A: No, that's our personal space and the pool is not heated during winter months. Exceptions during swim season by appointment (June - August).

Q:Is there wildlife at Cloudview Casita?

A: Yes, quail, dove, harris hawks, coyotes, javelina, bobcats, snakes. Please be careful everything in the desert will stick, sting or stab you.

Q: What is the water quality?

A: We are on a dedicated 600' well. Water quality is excellent.

Q: What do I use to clean the cook-top with?

A: Bar Keepers friend (under the sink)
