Daily rate for 1 to 4 people breaks down to $120 a day (29 day rental).  Security deposit ( $1000 also holds the reservation) is  fully refundable after the owner has inspected and cleaned, minus the cleaning fee of $140.  Full cash (no checks) payment will be due upon arrival. No other fees..
